Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard shipping (free of charge): delivery within 3–5 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions – we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required.
Carriers
We work with a variety of reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). The carrier will be randomly assigned based on your delivery address and package size. You cannot choose a specific carrier at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking link to the email address you provided.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Additional re‑shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier on your behalf.
