Return & Refund Policy

Effective: April 28, 2026

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a quality issue, you may request a return. This policy applies only to products that are unused, in original packaging, and have a verified quality defect (manufacturing flaw, damage upon arrival, etc.). We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or other non‑quality reasons.

Return Window

You must initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.

Return Eligibility

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Only quality issues (e.g., broken seams, printing defects, holes, malfunctioning components) qualify for return.

Return Process

Contact our customer support at info@billabongsale.com with your order number, photos/video of the quality issue, and a brief description.

Once approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.

Pack the item securely and attach the return label. Drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Ship the return to our return address (see below).

Return Shipping Cost

Free returns – we cover the cost of return shipping for approved quality issues.

No restocking fee is charged.

Refund Timing

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer do not qualify for a return.

Final sale items (if any) will be clearly marked on the product page – they are not eligible for return.
